What to expect at the HUG

We kick off each HUG meetup with a little time for networking as well as some food and drinks. 

At about 6:15 we settle in for the main event. These different each time but this month we'll be enjoying a presentation by MK Getler from HubSpot about how customer success is the new inbound.

There will be time for questions at the end as well as some raffle prizes and a chance to share open job opportunities with the group.

Since joining HubSpot in 2013, MK has lead the charge on defining outstanding customer success and has built teams across the globe rooted in these customer-centric principals. For the last year, MK has been tasked with managing HubSpot's global onboarding program for the members of the Customer Success Team.
