On Wednesday, January 24th the Chicago HubSpot User Group kicked off its first meetup of 2018! We were joined by HubSpot guest speaker MK Getler who gave a fantastic talk about why customer success is the new inbound. In fact, it was so great she was asked to come back again by multiple members! Guess we'll see you in 2019, MK!

So, onto the meetup. This was the first meetup with Sarah as my co-leader and we had a blast! At the meetup I announced that I'm joining the team at IMPACT but don't worry, I'm sticking around here in Chicago and will be working remotely. Future HUG invites will now come from my IMPACT email address though - so keep an eye out for that! Speaking of, our next HUG meetup will be a live website review at the end of March. Details are coming soon!
